I use Distance Reiki, a form of energy healing, which is great because that means we dont have to be in the same room or even the same state! All you have to do is be in a comfortable and relaxed place. (I usually do this while you are sleeping.) Your healing session is an in depth energetic reading. Using Reiki energy, I will analyze each chakra and diagnose any energetic blockages that you may have that is causing you issues or stagnation in your life. These readings will highlight areas where you need to heal or need guidance. They will also often bring up childhood traumas, areas where you need to integrate the shadow self and many other things.

I will scan and remove any outdated programs and unbalanced energy from your aura. I will often give homework which are things you can do to keep your chakras balanced and in alignment. In total the session takes about 45-60 minutes, the timing depends on if this is your first session and what I pick up on. I will also deliver any spiritual messages I receive during your session. I offer one session or 3 sessions depending on what you feel you need. The 3 sessions are great because they are spaced out over 6-8 weeks and its more of a spiritual counseling and therapy session. We can also use the sessions to do any shadow work or inner child healing that may be needed to help you release old patterns️️
